Paragliding - Tandem course
For any pilots wishing to share their joy of flying with partners, friends or passengers, our two-seater course covers practical and theory instruction for a tandem license. This course is in two parts! We also offer the opportunity to complete the tandem training inclusive of a hang-gliding test. Individual dates can be arranged at anytime, further details on request - without obligation.
Training - part 1
- Qualifying test (by appointment)
- Practical instruction
- 5 flights with a flying instructor
- 5 flights with a qualified 'A' pilot
- Theory instruction
- Theory test
Training - part 2
- 30 supervised high-level flights within the flying school's area with 'A' license pilots
- Practical test
Prerequisites
- Paragliding license for at least 2 years
- 200 high-level flights
- Initial inspection
- Flight physician
What is included?
- Free transport to the flying areas
- 1 flights with a flying instructor
- 9 flights with a qualified 'A' pilot
- 30 supervised[Flugauftrag = kontrollierte Flüge’] high-level flights over the flying school's area with an 'A' license pilots
- Theory instruction in our own training room
- Theory documentation
- Theory and practical tests (tandem license)
- If required, organisation of low-cost accommodation close to the flying school.
- Free camping available in Flugschule grounds
- + € 200,- with hire of flying school equipment
- For the further 30 flights with flight order with tandem equipment of the flight school 3 € / flight
